@Tomo97 unless you are going to emphasise it, like:
A mother is shocked when she tells someone her daughter was no longer ill after just one day. She says:
'She completely recovered!'. 'completely' used to show her shock, she's not a single bit ill.
I think it would be more natural in regular conversation to say 'fully'. Like a doctor talking to another doctor about a patient:
'The patient fully recovered.'

In this context, fully= completely. I think 'completely' has more emphasis.
