“My clothes are still wet” is the natural and idiomatic way to say it. The other one is understandable but it sounds awkward/nonnative.

Thanks for your quick response. I've read that still goes before the verb or adjective in the sentence my clothes are still wet. still goes after the verb why?

@PedrolRI If a sentence only has a verb, 'still' goes before it. Eg. He still visits that house. If there is an adjective, 'still' goes before it, even though there is a verb.

Sorry but I still don't understand. in the sentence my clothes are still wet. the verb to be (are) goes before still and according with your explanation still should go before the verb to be in this case (are). please explain this.

@PedrolRI I believe it goes after linking verbs but before action verbs.
Ex: I still run every day.
Ex: I am still running every day.
