"I like think so" does not make sense.
"I, like, think so" does, but it still feels slightly unnatural, and the meaning becomes "I think so" which is more direct than "I would like to think so".

Oh no I’m sorry for the typo.. I wanted to say “l like to think so” and know what is the difference between l like to think so and I would like to think so.

Oh. No worries. In that case, "I like to think so" sounds like an optimistic way to say "I think so"
And "I would like to think so" also sounds optimistic, but I feel it sort of distances you from what you think, by making it sound like a hypothetical situation. It also casts a little doubt into it, making you sound optimistic, but you might not actually be that optimistic.
eg.
"I like to think he's a good man"
(optimistically thinking he is a good man)
"I would like to think he's a good man"
(you want him to be a good man, want to believe he is. You also want to sound optimistic, but you're not really sure.)
That's how I see it. Does this make sense?
