When you look at a sentence as the words that deliver your intended message and those that form the structure of the sentence. You will find that some structure words are redundant in terms of being understood. Native speakers often drop those redundant words. That results in multiple ways to say the same thing. In this case, the information is important. That message is the same in all three. I would word this. "Ive got a lot to tell."

@marwahfb Yes, you can leave out "have" it's Colloquial, but not incorrect. No, gotten wouldn't work here.
