However, writing is usually more formal and the simpler the sentence is the better! Try these small edits:

@I_love_New_York because you are happy in a relationship and for humans it's hard to let go off things.People believe they can change the outcome .Even if you know the relationship will end you will still try to keep the relationship together

If both people are taking something positive from the relationship, it might still be worth investing time into it (even if it ends later). But if one or both of the people are affected negatively by the relationship, the relationship should not continue! It can be difficult/confusing, but it's important to know when something is or isn't healthy!
