The second one is not correct
It is;
I want to be of help to you.
Same meaning, just different in that I want to help is referring to the act of helping and desire to help.
Whereas I want to be ‘of’ help expressing that the speaker wishes that their time/help can be a benefit to the other person.
Essentially the same meaning

I think the second sentence is wrong
“Of your help”!! This is wrong ❌
I don’t know what you meant
But the first one is right ✅
