Hear means your saying for example you understand or that you can’t listen or hear them. of course is a way to let someone know you understand or agree.

@tomk1999 Ok, but in wikipedia it says: It represents a listener's agreement with the point being made by a speaker.

Yes that’s right but it’s not a common word used by english speakers it’s only used by Parliament and most british people hardly understand them either.
