when we go to bookstore,
clerk is work in bookstore and help people to find books.
How can we say that position's name(clerk)?

I don't think it is customer service clerk or administrative assistant.. What is the position's name? 用 英語 (美國) 要怎麼說？

In English it is a “worker” or an “employee”. These words can be used for any store, not only a book store.
