All three can be used in the same context with the same meaning. The third one requires a slightly different sentence structure.

You can use "with translating" or translate (with helping instead of help.)
" I am a translator and I am writing to express my interest in helping your company (to) translate content, specifically with regards to cosmetics."
" I am a translator and I am writing to express my interest in helping your company with translating content, specifically with regards to cosmetics."

I have another question: If I change translating for translate, is it still correct? If yes, what is the difference?

No, the preposition is not required. The preposition "to" can be omitted with the verb "help" without changing meaning.
"I'm going to help you to finish" = "I'm going to help you finish."

help you translate doesn't need the preposition "to"
Help you "with" translating is also correct, but requires the preposition "with"
