"I can't help it but keep staring at her. She's such a beauty. The prettiest woman I've ever seen, that's for sure! 聼起來自然嗎?

"... but to keep..." or just "but keep", without the "to"?

@WillBR also if you take away the "it" and said "I can't help but to keep staring at her" that's okay too. :)
