Hello, could you please review my email? I get a new job and can no longer attend to my regular English classes, so I want to send a email to explain my situation. Thanks in advance!
Dear English Admissions Department
I just want to let you know that I get a new job and I am afraid I will not be able to attend to the English classes on Tuesdays and Thursdays anymore. My new job is full-time from Monday to Friday, so I cannot take the classes during the week. However, I hope that if you open a class on Saturday or Sunday in the future, you can share me more information about it.
Thank you so much for all your support during this time, and I look forward to hearing from you soon.

Dear English Admissions Department --> Dear the English Admission Department, or To whom it may concern,
I get a new job --> I got a new job
However, I hope that... --> Thus, it would be great if you could share me more information if you ever start classes on Saturdays or Sundays.
And ending with "Sincerely" or "Best regards" may sound more polite but that's up to you!
