I disagree with the opinion Japanese firms should hire more foreign workers. I have two reasons for this.
First, if the information that Japanese firms employ foreign people more and more spread, foreign people proportion of people in Japan will rapidly increase. Now some foreign people don't comply to the Japanese customs, which are not confine in Japan though, such as not throwing away something on a pedestrian road due to the differences in culture, and some of Japan's cutoms will at least dissapear. 聼起來自然嗎?

@Kulota since you used "first", your next point should be "second"
but you could replace first with "to start" and replace second with "next"
or is this whole paragraph one statement? I thought it was two separate points.. hmmm
