意味は同じだとおもうけど、なんか情報を聞いて伝えたら、aparentlyは言えるが、seemはいえないです。Seemは自分がみておもったことです。なんかを自分でみて分かったらapparentlyをいえます。
彼女が先生になったと聞いたら、
She is apparently a teacher now.
彼女が先生になって、会いに行ったらうまくいっているなともった
She became a teacher so I went to see her and it seems its going well.
