Some words have multiple meanings which are all correct. 'Articulate' is one of those words. The main meaning for 'articulate' is 'the ability to say an idea clearly using precise words'.
"She was very articulate and well-spoken."
"He was able to articulate new concepts very clearly, which made his explanations very easy to understand. This made him a very good teacher."
However, there is another meaning that can be used sometimes for 'articulate' which means the same thing as 'enunciate' does: to pronounce a word precisely and clearly.
"She mumbled a lot, so her teacher was always reminding her to enunciate her words more clearly."
"He had a very precise way of speaking, each word clearly articulated so that every sound was crisp and distinct."
So depending on which definition a sentence is using, 'articulate' and 'enunciate' can sometimes be synonyms (meaning the same thing). But not always, because 'articulate' can have more than one possible meaning.
So if 'articulate' is being used to talk about the ability to pronounce things clearly, then 'articulate' and 'enunciate' mean the same, with no difference.
But if 'articulate' is being used to talk about the skill a person has in using words, and putting their ideas clearly into words, expressing themselves very precisely in their words, etc...then they mean different things. Because 'articulate' can have this meaning too sometimes. But 'enunciate' can only talk about pronunciation.

'To articulate' means to 'explain'. It means you are explaining well. 'Enunciate' means you are saying your words clearly.
'Her English was good! She 'enunciated' her vowels well!'
'Your 'articulation' made a lot of sense!'
Have a good day! 안녕!
