You can put "I think" before your statement, or you could also put it at the end of your statement. It will mean pretty much the same thing, I believe.

Example:
Original Statement: The dog is a Shiba Inu.
"I think" Statement #1: I think the dog is a Shiba Inu.
"I think" Statement #2: The dog is a Shiba Inu, I think.
