they are all similar and mean the same thing. it just depends on how formal you want to speak!

@wldowldo2304 I think that “could it get better” is probably the most formal and then the other two are about the same :))

They're all pretty much the same. For example you would use “can it get better?” if you talking to someone a bit more informal and “could it get better?” if you want to sound polite. And “does it get better?” Is kinda in between informal and formal it kinda depends on how you use it.
