But, it sounds like “~15th THE ‘58” for me.
I can’t hear “of”.. but the subtitle says it’s ‘of’.
Did she say “15th OF ‘58”?

Okay, this took me some time. She DOES say Nov. 15 OF 58. I hear it as THE too but change the playback speed. Watch it 0.5 and then again at 0.25.

She says NovemberFifteenTHOFFIFtyeight. She says it so fast, and with her accent, the TH of "Fifteenth", OF and FIF of "fifty" are all mushed together. Say "November fifteenth of 58" really fast and you'll see what I mean.

Now, go back and listen to the video at a slower speed several times, and you'll start to hear the difference.
