@daigo2-17-18 Usually 先生 has a severe face, specially at school, but in a excursion, she behaves in a good way and has a kind face, so the main character of the anime thinks: 学校で見せる顔とは違う先生。

I think that sentence means something like 先生の顔は学校で見せる顔とは違う。
