The only actual phrases used in conversation are "parallel park" and "double park."
• Mary's still in front of the restaurant trying to parallel park the truck.
• Can I just get a cup of coffee to go? I'm double-parked and I don't want a ticket.
reverse parking = back-in parking

Thanks a lot, very interesting examples. But if I want to be more specific using technical vocabulary.
For example, during a driving test, the inspector wants to know if the applicant know how to park perpendicular, at an angle and parallel. But he can also asks him or her to park head-on into a bay and then reverse out of the spot, and after that park in the same spot but in reverse. How does the inspector asks the applicant to do all these techniques during the test?
Does "I did a perpendicular / angle park head-on or in reverse in front of the mall" work?
Please provide an example for each type of parking.
Thanks in advance.

I don't know what technical vocabulary would be for driving instructors, but I have never in 60+ years heard "perpendicular park." It's generally said "head in" and "back out."
• I had to show that I could park in a parking space [or spot] nose in. I had to back out of the spot without hitting the cars next to me and making sure the lane was clear before I backed out. I also had to back into the same parking spot. Then the guy made me show him I could parallel park into a spot that was barely big enough for the car! Luckily, I practiced my parallel parking skills last week.
That's an example of a regular description in regular English. "Nose in" appears on some parking signs.
