Exciting - it gets your heart racing, it makes you feel more emotion than normal.
The exhibit at the museum was really interesting. I learnt a lot about art. (This is interesting but not exciting)
The police chased a car down the street today, it was very exciting. (This is exciting, it may also be interesting because it’s unusual).
We went to see the latest avengers movie, the action scenes were really exciting. (This is exciting but not really interesting because everyone sees these movies)
