Overweight is probably the most natural, and the most objective. If you tell someone you're fat or obese, the response will likely be "no you're not! You don't look like it at all!" whereas you can avoid a lot of that with saying you're overweight since that's a number on a scale.

They mean the same thing, but obese is often used to someone who is extremely overweight. Doctors can clinically diagnose people as being obese once they meet a certain threshold.
