@sanbelt2194 efectivamente sí, cuando dices "Maria meets her friends on Thursday" implica algo habitual que pasa todos los jueves.
Maria does X = habitualmente
Maria is doing X = ya mismo
Por eso en inglés para traducir "quiero que hagas X conmigo, qué haces?" nadie diría "I work", siempre "I am working". "I work" para contestar la pregunta "What do you do during the week", por ejemplo.
