Agree or disagree: Japanese companies should hire more foreign workers

I think Japanese companies should hire more foreign workers. I have two main reasons why I think this way. First of all, it helps a less of workers numbers. Recently, aging population is one of the big problems in Japan. We should take care of elder, however, it gets very difficult. Because the number of double income households are increasing. So, there are few people to take care of elder every time especially in rural area. Second, they can be more creativities due to hire foreign workers. It’s must be interesting to communicate with people who have different background.
Also, they can improve languages skill. For these two reasons, it must be advantages for Japanese companies to hire more foreign workers.
