In my apartment community, every resident has to make an appointment to use the gym and a leasing office staff opens the door for us.
I usually say to them " I came here for the gym"or " I have a reservation for the gym from 10am" Does it sound natural? 用 英語 (美國) 要怎麼說？

Yes, It's very natural.
I would only change "reservation for the gym 'AT' 10am" instead of "from".

You can also just say “Hi, I already made a reservation/appointment.” And smile, the staff will understood it just fine.
You can further add the time if you need to clarify. For time you can either say using the preposition “for” or “at”, both are natural, because you are referring to a range of time.
Always use “at” if you refer to a specific time, like “I will meet you at 10am”
When you say “from 10am” it means you made a reservation for the gym from 10 am earlier today. For example you reserved 1 pm, and you told the staff I have a reservation from 10am. Or you say, “Hi, I made a reservation from yesterday.”
