go down and get down are the same. get off can mean many things.

Go down is when you go down a set off ladders etc get down means there another person asking you too get down and get off means you get off of a bus

Go down = "I am going down the stairs"
This phrase is used when you are speaking about yourself. It is usually used with "-ing"
Get down = "Please get down from there."
This phrase has the same meaning as "go down" but is usually said to another person.
Get off = "Get off of your bed." "I am getting off the bus."
One way it is used is when you are sitting, laying or standing on an object and will be moving off it.
Another way to use this phrase is when you are on a vehicle that you are about to exit. This is a little bit tricky as it only applies to large vehicles, usually a public transport [bus, train, plane, motorbike, ect] If you are in a car, then the phrase will change to "get out" instead.
This phrase can be used when referring to both yourself and someone else.
