-"with Chinesse people with English," to "to Chinese people in English,"
- comma here and drop the 'at' so it's "in English, but not all can speak English."
-"Ussually" to "Usually."
-"Elder" to "elderly"
-"asked" to "ask"
anything else is just sentence structure stuff

'Elder' is singular. In this context you want to refer to the 'elderly people' as a whole. This is because not just one elderly person has this trouble; it's a group of people.
Also note that you can use 'elderly' as a singular.
Some examples:
Elder:

Elderly:
"We have to take care of my elderly grandmother." (singular)
