This sentence makes me confused, I'm not sure if MLB gave me refund or not, because they suddenly mentioned about 100 day return policy and sent me a coupon. Just as they said, it's been over 100 days since I purchased the product.

They most likely did not give you a refund. Since they said “unfortunately” and stated their return policy, and then offered you a coupon, they are probably trying to compensate you a little for being unable to give you a refund.
