khairiyat means - wellness ,good or alright ( in context to your well-being)
It's actually urdu word.
Ghar mein sab khairiyat he ? (Is everything/ everyone good at home?)

@1907_ Well it's not very common who speaks hindi I think. Atleast not for casual conversation. I never used it.
I normally say - kaise ho ( How are you)
kaisa chal raha he ( How is everything going)
I hear it mostly in shayaris or hindi songs. They use many urdu words in hindi songs to sound more beautiful and sophisticated.

May be urdu speaking people use it often, in Muslim countries I think or who are muslims in India.
