It's grammatically correct, but a bit unnatural sounding. By 'adjustment' did you mean correction?
How about:
Thank you for your thoughtful adjustment // correction. (?)
*Edit after learning this was with regards to a shift change:
Thank you for kindly adjusting your shift (with me).
Thank you for kindly adjusting your schedule.

It depends on what you are talking about- but in general, if the person your talking to already knows what you're talking about you could say "Thanks for the adjustment!" or if you are really thankful you could say "Thanks so much for the adjustment!". These two ways sound more natural :)

@hi-Node NOTE: I EDITED THIS SO MAKE SURE TO READ AGAIN I would say "kindly" is more of a description of someone so even though your statement is technically correct it doesn't sound natural when you are talking directly to that person. I feel like the word "kindly" sounds natural if you were to say "She spoke kindly" (so describing the actions of someone, but not directly to them). Also hope this helps but I hear the word "kind" used more often for example, "He is kind and courteous". You could use the word "kind" instead of "kindly" if you really wanted to use it in your sentence (which sounds more natural)- "Thank you for your kind adjustment, I really appreciate it". The reason why I added, "I really appreciate it" is because if you are going out of your way to say thank you for being "kind" it makes it flow and sound more natural.
