Yes chevelleauxayah is right, they mean the same but you are changing the emotions and stress by adding all the "shoulds".
"If it should rain" is not really something someone would say these days. We are lazy and use minimal words, you are just stretching the sentence out, "on the occasion of the possibility of rain etc". The second, "if it rains" is what anyone normal would say, and we'd probably shorten the second bit too. "If it rains, bring the washing in."
Should and If are interchangeable but should is formal and means "in the event that". you might see it written on the instructions for taking pills, "Should you see these side effects then..." If is more informal and conditional, if the sky is grey it might rain.
