I agree that Japanese company should hire more foreign workers and I have two reasons.

First of all, there is the fact that the number of aging people is increasing, on the other hand that of work force is decreasing. To improve the efficiency, if we except foreign workers, it will have a good impact on it.

Second of all, these days, it seems to be that the globalization is accelerated and not only foods but also people are coming to Japan. We can't stop this. Also they have to look for jobs to earn money. Therefore, more people will seek jobs in Japan and we won’t be able to neglect them.

According to these reasons stated above, I believe that Japanese company should hire more foreign workers.

I agree that that (you could use “this” instead of the second that. However, if you meant that “japanese company” just stood for an actual company name like “Sony” then ignore all of this) Japanese company should hire more foreign workers, and I have two reasons why.

(The second one I put is just my assumption that you meant to input a specific company. I will use Sony as an example.)

The second reason is that plenty of foreigners and foreign foods are arriving in Japan continuously; this is unstoppable. Many of these foreigners are coming to earn money; this makes it particularly hard for Japanese people to neglect them.

Due to these reasons, I believe that Sony (I stated above my two assumptions) should hire more foreign workers.
