"accessible" usually means everyone has access to, so for example, if you were disabled and needed special care, you could ask "Is this bus accessible?"
When referring to a person it could mean reachable. "Are you accessible on weekends?"
"Available" usually means ready for purchase. A website or store will have "available" if the item is in stock.
When referring to a person it means they have time for something, or wish to do something.
For example:"Are you available on Monday?"
Sometimes these words are interchangeable and mean the same in context.

Available means "free" "not busy".

@Normalperson855 accessible does not imply that it is easy to get at. If it is easy, you would write “easily accessible”. Accessible just means it is possible to get at.

@Normalperson855 in Spanish maybe, but not in English. You also wrote “but that does not mean it’s easy nor hard” which is grammatically incorrect. In addition, accessible does not mean “easily available” as you wrote. Three errors in three at bats. I guess that makes you an English expert.

Although they are very similar, there are some nuanced differences. Generally things and places are considered accessible, people are considered available. Accessible means a state in which you can get into something or that it is findable if needed, while available means that you can get to and use something or someone. The bank vault is accessible through that door. The workbench would be accessible if we could move these boxes that are in front of it. The professor will be available to talk with students tomorrow. That dress is available in small or large. I am available (2 possible meanings - I am not in a steady relationship and I am able to date you or I have an opening in my schedule to do something with you.
