"Cat got your tongue?" is like a playful joke.
For example if someone was nervous or wasn't speaking because they forgot something, you might say "What's the matter? Cat got your tongue?"
Meaning "Did a cat take your tongue and that's why you can't speak?"
It's not a very common saying though.

@ysneaky “Don’t be so sneezy about my look" doesn't make sense and I've never heard "You look like an old tongue" lol

@ysneaky I think it must be an old fashioned saying. But telling someone they look like an old tongue sounds insulting to me.🙆🏻♀️
