no, you should say canon. A canon is specifically the list of texts that are considered "core doctrine." Since you also say "of accepted texts," "list" is ok...but I think it's still too vague. There could be lots of texts accepted by some people that aren't canon, or texts that are canon that aren't on his reading list.
