hello. the boy says in the video link "yeah who's she studying up there with anyway, IS THAT a second fine lady in the house? " at "0:22-0:24" I can't quite understand "IS THAT" clearly though, I looked up transcripts and it shows he said "IS THERE a second... ", I however could hear it clearly and can't quite make it out as " IS THERE ", what does a native hear please?

Yes, he is saying “Is there”, but he is saying it quickly, mumbling that part, and combining the 2 words together. It is more like “sthere”, which is not a word. It’s not you, it’s him.
