Yes… It makes it sound like you don’t know how to speak English very well.
I know that a lot of people, particularly Chinese speakers, find it natural to translate this kind of expression in that kind of way – not so difficult, etc.
But it simply isn’t natural and it makes you sound like a foreigner. Sorry to be so blunt, but that truly is the effect that it has.
If you do it my way, people say – gosh, he speaks really well 😁
