有關 英語 (英國) 的問題

I’m Australian and I want to help people with english pronunciation but my accent is different from the usual american or english accent that people learn to speak with. Should I still help anyway? I don’t want my accent to confuse people or teach them a different pronunciation to what they want to learn.

I am Australian and I still help. My accent is different but usually pronunciation will be the same as the UK english so I primarily help in that, but it does not really matter since most questions you just type a response. I still give voice responses as well.

There are some people who want to learn a certain accent, but there are also people who probably wouldn't really care as long as it sounds natural. I feel like you can try helping if someone asks a question about pronunciation, but you should probably let them know that it's an Australian accent.

@spacegrace @mayhemian I love love love Australian accent very much and find extremely helpful to learn English listening to different accents. When someone answers my question about pronunciation here I’d rather choose an Australian or British accent than American.
