When you say myself, you are talking about you. When you say “one”, it is more general, it means anybody, in a very formal way. It is not a common way to talk unless you are trying to be very very formal. An example might be “When one wins a lot of money,it is wise to keep it hidden”, or “Embarrassing secrets are best kept to oneself” Informally it is more common to say “you” or “we” or “people” instead of “one”, as in “If you ever win a lot of money, it is a good idea to keep it hidden.”or “people who win a lot of money should keep it hidden”, or “if you have an embarrassing secret you should keep it to yourself”.
