The disadvantage of my hometown is that traffic jam and noisy is servere.

"flat" is used in the UK. in the US we say "apartment".
You have more than one hospital in your apartment complex?

@paulf9765 thank you. There is a dentist and an internal medicine clinic in the apartment mall, in this case, is it a clinics?

“The disadvantage of my hometown is that traffic jam and noise (from traffic) is severe. I prefer an apartment because parking is convenient and there are convenience stores, a laundry, academies, a clinic and a fitness club inside the complex.”
If there is just one convenience store in the complex then you can say “a convenience store”.
