"there are many reasons "is the right way to say .
In this sentence . when you say "(there is /there's)many reasons ", "is " is used only for a particular reason .
for example :
singular verb(is) - " There is a cup on the table .
plural verb(are)- " There are many cups on the table.

@Taka009 You’re right, it’s ungrammatical, but it is often said that way because “there’s so many” is much easier to say than “there’re so many” - we elide the s-s together and just make it a slightly longer consonant, and in quick speech you will barely hear the word “there”, it ends up sounding more like “th’sso many” or I sometimes even leave out “th” and pronounce it with a schwa vowel or glottal stop before the “so”!
Both will be understood the same way, but obviously in formal writing you would always use “there are…”
If you take out the word “so” from those lyrics, then I would always say “there’re many” because there isn’t an “s” immediately following it.

Yes, there's a reason, there are many reasons.
But you may find it in everyday use, it's easier to say!
I probably say it myself.
for instance, "there's loads of reasons why you shouldn't"
but it doesn't "clang" on the ears particularly.
Don't write it though!
