有關 日語 的問題
There is a song "好きだから(Suki dakara)" by ユイカ
and there are lines in it
Kakkoiikara sukinan janai
Sukidakara kakkoiin da yo
I heard that the ending んだ has kinda many purposes and meanings(like explaining misunderstanding, when you discover new information about something, when you explain the context to someone who isn't familiar or something etc.). Could anyone explain me in what meaning/context you as native speakers understand it here if anyone is familiar with that song? Why the singer isn't just using the regular form of verbs here?

The core meaning of のだ is “I’m telling you something you don’t know”. The usages you listed up is all derived from this core meaning.
E.g.
彼は日本人だ (he is Japanese)
彼は日本人なのだ(ACTUALLY he is Japanese)
As for the lyrics, the lines mean:
Not that I like you because you are cool, but that you are cool because I like you.
“I like you because you are cool” is a very common thing, but “you are cool because I like you” is quite an unfamiliar logic. So yon could say that they used のだ here to “explain the context to someone who isn’t familiar with it.
