The above describes the extent of you not wanting to lend him money.

“as lend it to him” - first of all, the sentence structure is incorrect
Secondly When you have the word “as” in the sentence , it would mean that both “throwing my money away” and “lending it to him” happening at the same time, which has no literal meaning, unless you meant “lending money to him is no different from throwing the money away, because you know he has no intentions of paying you back” - if that is the case, you can say “lending money to him is akin to throwing money away”
“akin to” - “same as”
