Well, your wording is really formal.
If I am at a restaurant like Mcdonald's, then I would say this:
"Can I have a burger without any pickles on it, please?"
This sounds very casual when speaking to someone who works at a restaurant.

They are the same! These are both things I would say.
"without pickles" and "with no pickles" mean exactly the same thing.
