有關 日語 的問題

In this context "1时间ほど前に会社を出ましたから（#）、もう家に着いているはずです", I guess "から" mean "beacuse" here.
(1) But WHY can't "から" mean "from/since (1 hour)"?
(2) If I change it to "1时间ほど前から（#）に会社を出ました、", Can "から" mean "from/since" here?
(3) Does the meaning of "から"' matter where its position is?

Context:
Q: XXさんはどこですか
A: 1时间ほど前に会社を出ましたから、もう家に着いているはずです。

"から" means 1) because and 2) since/from. In this context, it means the former.
In the former case, the complete sentence should be before "から".
-> "一時間ほど前に会社を出た" から (because he left his company an hour ago)
In the latter case, the end of the verb should be changed.
-> "一時間ほど前に会社を出て"から、彼はあそこにいた (He has been there since he left his company an hour ago)

"から" with words meaning the time as you mentioned (since about one hour ago) means "from/since". But the sentence of "1时间ほど前から（#）に会社を出ました" is not natural.
Ex. This shop is open from 9 am. (この店は9時から空いている)

I think the meaning of "から" depends on the words with "から" and the end of the verb before "から".

Sorry for my non-good English to explain the complicated grammar...!

I think I have got the point:
because: the complete sentence should be before "から".
since/from: the end of the verb should be changed to て-form

But may I ask is "一時間ほど前に会社を出た(#)から" an abbreviation for "一時間ほど前に会社を出ただ(#)から"?

"から" and "だから" have the same meaning ("because"), but are slightly different from a grammatical point of view.
"から": the complete sentence should be used with "から"
ex 1. *昨日雨が降った*から、今日は寒い。
ex 2. *この花はきれいだ*から、人気だ。
ex 3. *この花はかわいい*から、人気だ。

"だから": it can be used as a conjunction, or used with a noun
ex 1. この花はかわいい。だから、人気だ。
ex 2. これは、*かわいい花*だから人気だ。(<- it can also be interpreted as a complete sentence of *かわいい花だ*)
