1. If I say "I ACCIDENTALLY OVERHEARD that the company is having financial problems"

Is it sound redundant?

2. "I ACCIDENTALLY EAVESDROPPED on your conversation" makes sense? or it would be better to say "I OVERHEARD your conversation"

i think the first option is better because normally eavesdropping is closer to having done it on purpose instead of accidentally. the last one is fine but maybe you would prefer putting accidentally to emphasize you did by mistake
