1. If I say "I ACCIDENTALLY OVERHEARD that the company is having financial problems"

Is it sound redundant?

2. "I ACCIDENTALLY EAVESDROPPED on your conversation" makes sense? or it would be better to say "I OVERHEARD your conversation"
