no, it doesn't imply indignation or dissatisfaction.
present perfect continuous: I've been having a great day! I've been watching my favorite show!
present continuous: He's loving his new car. He's spending his weekends cruising around.

@paulf9765 But why "love" was used with -ing form ? It's a static verb that cannot be used with -ing, isn't it ?

@DimaAS Maybe that was a bad example. You can say "He's enjoying his new car."
But people do say "loving" a lot. "I'm loving it" is/was a McDonald's slogan. "He's loving life." It's more informal, I think.
