• I'm going to (be/fall) out of favor with my boss. > I’m going to fall out of favour with my boss. 
• I'm going to be in the doghouse (with my boss). > Don’t say this unless you’re very close friends or trying to make a joke/be funny. Being in the doghouse is usually used with close/husband/wife to explain that you upset them. Being in the doghouse with your boss will only be funny to close friends or if your colleagues have a sense of humour.
