Though some might accuse me of pedantry, I think it's worth pointing out that you've mixed the definite and hypothetical cases. The 'will' and 'would' do not properly fit together. You should either say "I would be glad if you could come to the exhibition in person", or "I will be glad if you can come to the exhibition in person".
