I want to write a letter to my roommates parents. please help me with polite language.

"your daughter was such a great roommate. I will really miss her. I hope to meet her again when I study abroad in Japan. also, thank you for the omiyage. I really appreciated it. when I go to Japan I hope to meet you and speak to you in Japanese, so until then I will study hard. thank you!"

あなたの娘さんは本当に素晴らしいルームメートでした。彼女に会えないと（彼女が日本に帰ってしまって）、本当にさびしいです。日本に留学する際に彼女と再会することを望んでいます。
お土産もありがとうございました。とても嬉しかったです。
日本に留学したときには、お父様、お母様ともお会いして日本語でお話ししたいと思っています。
そのときまで、一生懸命、（日本語を）勉強します。
