ទើប has two usages

1- ទើប is used to tell your requirement or condition before you agree to do something.

Only if you go, (ទើប) your son goes = your son agrees to go only if you go with him

Only if this food is yummy, (ទើប) I eat = I agree to eat this food only if it is yummy

ទើប can only place after comma as a conjunction. it can't place at the beginning of a sentence.

2- ទើប = to have just done something

ទើបមកដល់ = have just arrived
ទើបក្រោកពីដេក = have just woke up from sleeping
